What requirements and technical training is needed to get into this position?
Leadership Experience: 5+ years leading teams and leaders with proven results and demonstrated strength in problem-solving and leadership skills.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities paired with high emotional intelligence.
Project Management: Hands-on experience managing projects, ensuring effective execution, and achieving objectives.
Adaptability: A high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to perform under stress.
Strategic Thinking: Strong capacity for strategic analysis and decision-making.
Education: A master’s degree in business administration or a related field (e.g., finance or economics) is desirable.
What do you do on a day-to-day basis?
Daily responsibilities include executing projects aligned with OKRs, meeting with stakeholders to maintain alignment and drive progress on initiatives, monitoring KPIs to address gaps or opportunities, and ensuring seamless communication and operational execution to keep the lending organization aligned with business plans.
What days/hours does your team work?
Standard Monday through Friday schedule with shifts ranging between 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Occasional overtime and weekend hours
