Learning and Development designs and delivers training programs to enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and performance, supporting personal growth and aligning with organizational goals. We foster continuous learning through various initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and upskilling.
What requirements and technical training is needed to get into this position?
This position requires great communication skills, presentation skills, classroom management, organization, and proficiency with technology.
What do you do on a day-to-day basis?
Facilitate trainings, review and enhance training content, review calls, and collaborate with stakeholders on process improvements.
What days/hours does your team work?
Monday through Friday 8 AM-5 PM (AZ time)
Who are the key stakeholders and who is impacted by your work (who’s your client)?
Our key stakeholders are business function leaders, frontline employees, and our members/clients.
What are the metrics/KPIs used to define success?
End of Course Surveys, Net Promoter Score (NPS), <90 Day Retention, and Employee Performance.

How is the work structure – independent work or more collaboration?
Outside of facilitating independently, the work is extremely collaborative with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and Facilities.
