The Achieve Internal Communications Team makes important messages interesting. What does that mean? It means we work with our internal clients to make our communications relevant and engaging so employees will read them and take action. We also craft & promote social media campaigns that our employees can support.
What requirements and technical training is needed to get into this position?
Degree in Journalism or Communications and understanding of Associated Press (AP) style
What do you do on a day-to-day basis?
Writing, creative & strategic thinking and planning, meet with internal clients.
What days/hours does your team work?
Monday through Friday, 8 hours a day, but always on call.

Employee engagement survey results, metrics (reactions, click throughs, etc.) from The Point newsletter and announcements Slack channel.

How is the work structure – independent work or more collaboration?
Heavy on both!
What does the future in terms of growth opportunity look like for this department?
We’re small and mighty at this time, but would love to expand in the future.
