AAL Sales is responsible for guiding debt settlement customers through loan products offer to transition them into a consolidation loan. They build relationships, assess borrower needs, and provide tailored solutions while ensuring compliance with regulations. By leveraging consultative selling strategies and member insights, they drive revenue growth and contribute to the company’s overall success.
What requirements and technical training is needed to get into this position?
Must possess a solid understanding of the sales process (prior experience helpful), effectively moving through the various stages from prospecting to closing.
What do you do on a day-to-day basis?
Help members navigate through the loan application process, managing a pipeline of business.
What days/hours does your team work?
Standard business hours, Monday-Friday, schedules ranging between 6 AM-6 PM
Optional overtime and weekend hours based on business needs
Who are the key stakeholders and who is impacted by your work (who’s your client)?
Debt Resolution Program members enrolled for a minimum of 6 months who have met key performance requirements.
Note: Debt Resolution members from select debt resolution programs (e.g., Achieve Resolutions, Turnbull, Freedom Debt Relief) are eligible for an Acceleration loan by invite only
