The Welcome Message on your Accushield kiosk displays a message for visitors signing in. Think of it as your first impression with your guests! This message can be customized with text or images to create a general greeting, safety precaution information, or an Informed Consent message.
To edit the Welcome Message in the Dashboard, you must have Community Admin permissions. Click on the link How To Identify Your Community Admin to see who in your community has permissions. Those with Community Admin permission can give you access to edit the Welcome Message by giving you Community Admin permissions.
CREATING A WELCOME MESSAGE
Sign into your Accushield Dashboard account to create or edit a message
Navigate to the Settings tab and click Welcome Message
Create your message by using text or images and the format settings in the edit windows. Be sure to create both an English and Spanish version of your message. You can utilize this message to have a pleasant hello, showcase upcoming events your community is hosting or add in certain safety instructions (such as wearing PPE, social distancing, hand sanitizer usage, ect)
Scroll the bottom of the page and click save
