When you're ready to get started on the platform, please create an account and test event.
You will be able to test a handful of features to get acquainted with our tools and resources. Creating an account and test event is required as it is imperative to the activation process detailed in upcoming steps.
The best practice is to have one person from your organization create an account and test event.
Once created, you can add colleagues as administrators. They will be notified and prompted to create their log-in upon accessing the event. This prevents creating multiple profiles for the same organization, ensuring your team is under one roof.

Select Online or Hybrid. Then select the Event Elements, such as Sessions and Expo.

Enter the Event Name, Type, and Date. It is important to create an Organizer in this stage.

4. ADD COLLEAGUES AS EVENT ADMINS
Once you've created your event, you will be placed in the event's Admin Console. Here you can add your colleagues that will be helping build the event. You can read about the different roles and their permissions in the article Virtual Event Access for Different Types of Event Roles.
How do I add Admins & Staff to my event?
From the Admin Console, navigate to the Settings tab
Click Manage Team from the download menu > Click +Add Member
Enter the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address new staff member.
Select "Staff" or "Admin" in the permissions drop-down menu > click Submit.
Once submitted, the staff member will receive an email notification with a link to access the event. They will create their log-in upon accessing the event, therefore, they do not need to create an account and test event on their own.
After completing the initial event setup, you will be redirected to the Event's Admin Console where you can get familiar with the platform!

Your account will not be automatically activated under the TAMUS Enterprise license.
The purpose of the test-event stage is to get your feet wet on the platform before building your first live event.
Your test event will have limited access to certain features, and billing will not be attached.

The demo is a walkthrough of the attendee experience, highlighting any specific features that may be unique to your event needs. This will also be an opportunity to discuss pricing and technical add-ons.

Having dedicated event support can be great for organizers who are working with a smaller team or may not be as experienced with virtual streaming. Your support representative can help speakers backstage, assist attendees, and aid with troubleshooting. Think of them as an extra set of hands who knows the Accelevents platform inside & out!

Connect with Payflow
Enter your PayFlow credentials.
Open your PayPal manager dashboard.
Open Service Settings → Hosted checkout Pages → Setup.
Find Silent Post for Data Transfer to set the following URL: https://api.accelevents.com/rest/webHook/payflow

BILLING TERMS
All invoices have Net 30 terms.
Attendee Fees, Import Fees & additional Support Services are invoiced.
A credit card is required to be on file for each event in order for the event to be activated.
Please note that some add-ons are charged via credit card unless an invoice is requested in advance.

BILLING CONTACTS
Your billing contact is established upon activation.
Anyone who is not submitted as a billing contact will not receive invoices for your organization's events.
