Seniors with a grade point average of 3.0 and a minimum of 19 on the ACT who plan to attend a Louisiana University, Community College, or Technical School may apply.

A 500-word grammatically correct essay, typed, double spaced, in Times New Roman, 12 point font to answer the question: What do you hope to achieve with your degree in the Allied Health field?”

Must be attending UL Lafayette
Must have an English ACT 18 and Match ACT 19
Must be admitted to UL Lafayette
