Course Objective

The course is designed to provide preliminary guidance for entrepreneurs to creating a business plan.

Intended Learning Outcomes

By going through the topics of this course, the learner should be able to:

1. Identify areas for serving the community

2. Conduct basic feasibility study for a product

3. Identify the different parts of a plan for a commercial project, and prepare a brief business plan

4. Identify and use different business tools and methods for developing the business
