Hi! I'm Ms. Molina, and I'm excited to be your child's 3rd Grade Math teacher this year at Academir South! I have 16 years of teaching experience and a bachelor's degree in Special Education. I love making math fun, engaging, and meaningful while creating a classroom where every student feels welcomed, supported, and confident. I can't wait for an amazing year of learning and growth together!

My Teaching Philosophy

I believe every child can be successful in math with the right support, encouragement, and opportunities to explore. My goal is to help students build confidence by creating a classroom where mistakes are seen as learning opportunities and problem-solving is celebrated. I strive to make math meaningful through hands-on activities, real-world connections, collaboration, and engaging lessons that encourage students to think critically and explain their reasoning. Most importantly, I want every student to leave my classroom believing they are capable mathematicians who are ready to tackle new challenges with confidence.
