Organization name: B3 Coffee

Contact Person: Jacklyn Googins, Co-Founder/Director

Purpose/mission: B3 Coffee is a non-profit online community and pop-up coffee stand that serves as a platform of positive visibility and community connection for people of all abilities. B3 is currently building the capacity to become an inclusive employer, with the goal of opening a permanent location by Spring 2022.

Population served: Ages 18 and up. B3 is an integrated model, meaning people with and without disabilities grow in friendship and community together

Services/programs/resources offered:

• • Weekly team meetings and Sunday Socials (virtual)

  • Volunteer opportunities at monthly pop-up coffee stands

  • Civic engagement and educational seminars on topics such as voting rights, self-advocacy, inclusive higher education, and professional communication

  • Quarterly team member trainings

  • At-home volunteer opportunities (i.e. helping with the online shop, social media, preparing for pop-ups)
