Periods and Blocks

• Each day will have Periods 1 through 6.

• Courses will be assigned to Blocks A through G.

• The Blocks will rotate through the Periods.

• The 7th Block of each day will be skipped.

• The skipped Block will be the first Block to meet the next day.

• The Blocks will always meet in the same order.  

Blue and Gold

• Each day will be designated a Blue or Gold Day.  

• Alternate-day classes such as PE, Chorus, ASC, AP Labs and some Arts courses will meet on either Blue or Gold Days. 

•  Every-day classes will meet on both Blue and Gold Days.

Lunches

• In an effort to balance lunchroom use as evenly as possible across all three lunches, lunch groupings will be established.  

• Which lunch group you are in on a given day is determined by where your Period 4 class meets that day.  

• Students who have a “free” Period 4, may go to lunch at any time during Period 4. 

• The lunch groups rotate approximately every 60 school days.
