How to Get Help

Support for AB Students and Families using digital technologies from home is now available! Please use the following resources for tech support from each of our schools.

NOTE: Many Zoom-related issues can be resolved by following these Zoom trouble-shooting suggestions.

For students & families in grades K-8

  • Device Related Technical Issues: If your child is experiencing technical challenges with a Chromebook, iPad or other device (including ZOOM), please submit a request for help using this Form and one of our help desk technicians will contact students or families directly.

  • App Related Technical Issues: If your child is experiencing technical challenges with an app being used by their classroom teacher (aka: Seesaw, Google Classroom, GSuite, etc) , please submit a request for help using this Form and one of our help desk technicians will contact students or families directly.

For students & families in grades 9-12

  • If you child is experiencing hardware/software technical challenges with any of our digital learning tools, please have the student submit a request for help using this Form and one of our help desk technicians will contact the student directly.
