John Clack

John Clack is the founder of Albuquerque Youth Transport, the largest independent provider of transportation for children in New Mexico. He launched the organization in 2022 with a single van after recognizing a critical gap in logistical support for foster parents and social workers serving vulnerable children. Since then, AYT has grown into a leading regional provider supporting a broad network of families and professionals. 

The mission of Albuquerque Youth Transport is to promote stability and permanency for children by supporting the families and professionals responsible for their care. Drawing on a background in education, data analytics, and logistics, John focuses on building reliable systems that reduce friction for caregivers and help children experience consistency during periods of transition.
