Mental Health Resources

Welcome Grizzlies!

The Mental Health Professionals within ABCUSD are advocates who provide a variety of therapeutic services and social-emotional skills to support students in identifying and achieving academic and social-emotional goals. Mental Health Professionals support students in their educational processes by providing students with counseling and crisis intervention, supporting parent and family involvement, and assisting and planning school-based interventions with educators.

During this difficult time, our Mental Health Professional Ms. Betsy will continue to help students with emotion regulation, problem solving, developing social skills, finding students' strengths, exploring their growth mindset, learning new strategies, making peer connections, and more!

This website was created as a resource library to help reinforce skills at home. Please view the tabs to access social-emotional resources, worksheets, books, and more!
