Headmaster's Letter

We are now in the final term of our fifth year of the Academia Britanica. Five busy years, five interesting and I hope successful years.

During the development of the school we seem to have acquired various traditions which all combine to improve the education and enjoyment of our students and kindle a spirit which will stay with they long after they have left us to make their own way in life.

The inauguration of the House System within the School gave rise to our Annual Sports Day and Swimming Gala which many of you have attended to watch your children compete with lively enthusiasm in an effort to gain points for their team. It encourages a healthy spirit of competition developing the ability to win and lose with honour and the determination to try again.
