Synergy Classrooms displays information that is maintained by Abasyn University in its existing university systems.

The application stores authentication access tokens and refresh tokens on the user's device to maintain the user's authenticated session and allow the application to securely communicate with university services.
The application does not store the user's university password locally.
Synergy Classrooms uses Firebase Cloud Messaging and Firebase Firestore to provide notifications to users.
For notification functionality, the following information may be processed:
Device notification token
Student roll number or teacher employee ID
User ID associated with the university account
Notification content and related notification information
These identifiers are used to associate notifications with the appropriate university users and deliver relevant notifications.
Firestore is used specifically for storing and supporting the application's notification functionality. It is not used as the primary database for the University's academic records.
The application uses the device's notification token to enable push notifications.
The notification token is used solely to facilitate notification delivery and association of notifications with the appropriate user.
Synergy Classrooms does not use analytics services to track users' behavior within the application.
The application does not use Firebase Analytics.
The application does not display third-party advertisements and does not use personal information for advertising or targeted advertising.
Information handled through Synergy Classrooms is used to:
Authenticate authorized students and teachers
Provide access to university services
Display university academic and institutional information
Display grades, marks, attendance, courses, and other information authorized by the University
Deliver relevant university notifications
Maintain authenticated application sessions
Provide and maintain the functionality of the application
Abasyn University does not sell users' information through Synergy Classrooms.
Information accessed through the application is processed through the University's systems and the technical services required to operate the application, including Firebase services used for notifications.
Synergy Classrooms does not share user information with advertisers or data brokers.
Synergy Classrooms uses authenticated communication with university services and stores authentication tokens using secure storage mechanisms available on the user's device.
Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
However, no electronic transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
University academic and institutional information displayed through Synergy Classrooms is maintained by Abasyn University in its university systems according to the University's applicable policies and requirements.
Authentication tokens are retained on the user's device as necessary to maintain the user's authenticated session.
Notification-related information and identifiers stored in Firebase are retained as necessary for the operation and administration of the notification service.
Synergy Classrooms is intended for authorized students and teachers of Abasyn University.
The application is not specifically directed toward children under the applicable minimum age for independent use of online services. Access to the application is controlled through university authentication.
Synergy Classrooms uses third-party infrastructure to provide specific application functionality, including:
