We will be learning about the baby’s story – this means learning about how a baby is made and how it develops in the womb, and then about how a baby is born.

During this lesson, children will watch and discuss the following videos:

• How a baby develops during pregnancy

We have already learned about how human life begins, thinking about conception, pregnancy and birth. We have also learned about what sex is. Children at this age also have questions about contraception and condoms and so we will be sharing some information with the children about what these things are.
