Course Overview
The NPA (National Progression Award) Sports Development was created to support candidates wishing to pursue Sports Development as a possible career path. The course will focus and develop an appropriate range of functional skills and knowledge of Sports Development which reflect the ongoing and rapid changes within the industry. The course aims to: Develop the candidate’s knowledge and understanding of current practices, thinking and philosophies of Sports Development and its impact on communities and sport in general.
