Higher
The Higher course aims to further develop the vocabulary and grammar covered in the Broad General Education and National 5 within more sophisticated contexts such as inequalities, diverse families, racism, and unemployment. You will focus particularly on knowing how and when to use various past tenses as well as building your conversational skills to sustain a conversation of around ten minutes in the foreign language.
Homework
Homework at Higher is assigned on a weekly basis by the class teacher in line with progress being made in class as well as upcoming assessments. Supported study sessions are usually on offer at lunchtimes where pupils can access support with homework tasks and/or further consolidate their understanding of the material covered in class.
