Coping with difficult feelings
There are lot of different ways to learn to cope with different feelings. Sometimes we may need to talk through a problem or feeling, sometimes breathing exercises will help, and sometimes doing something active, like running or jumping helps. Teaching your child to fill their "toolbox" with lots of different coping tools is a helpful technique. Here are a few different tools you can try with your children.
