Induction

The Acton-Agua Dulce Unified School district partners with the Riverside County Office of Education: Center of Teacher Innovation to provide an induction program that is designed to provide research-based, job embedded learning and mentorship opportunities.

What is CTI?

For nearly 20 years, the Riverside County Office of Education has been a leader in new teacher support and development.

In response to a changing educational landscape and in response to teacher and leader feedback, we are pleased to announce a new name and a fully redesigned program, The Center for Teacher Innovation (CTI).

Induction is a two-year, individualized, job-embedded system of mentoring, support and professional learning that begins in the teacher’s first year of teaching as approved by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.  The program is focused on the key components of individualized learning and robust mentoring.
