Competition Terms & Conditions – Frederick Slator x Hush Bar Giveaway
1. Promoter This competition is jointly promoted by Frederick Slator and Hush Bar, Leamington Spa (the “Promoters”).
2. Eligibility- The competition is open to individuals aged 18 years or over only.- Entrants may be required to provide proof of age. Valid photographic ID must be shown when redeeming the prize.- Employees of the Promoters, their immediate families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with this competition are not eligible to enter.
3. How to EnterTo enter, participants must:  - Submit an entry via the official online form available through promotional material for Frederick Slator’s show at Hush Bar on 1 May 2026, or via the link in Frederick Slator’s official Instagram bio.- Follow both Instagram accounts @frederickslator and @hush.bar.uk at the time of entry and at the time the winner is selected.  - Submit no more than one entry per person. Multiple entries may be disqualified.
4. Opening and Closing Date- The competition opens when the promotional material is first made available.  - Entries close at 11:59 PM BST on 10 May 2026.- Entries received after the closing date and time will not be accepted.
5. Prize  - One winner will receive one bottle of Grey Goose vodka (size at Promoter's discretion).  - The prize is redeemable only at Hush Bar, Leamington Spa, on the winner’s next visit.  - The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
6. Winner Selection- The winner will be selected at random from all valid and eligible entries received before the closing date.- The Promoters’ decision is final.
7. Winner Notification- The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form within a reasonable time after the closing date.- If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being contacted, the Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
8. Prize Redemption- The prize must be redeemed by the winner in person at Hush Bar, Leamington Spa, no later than 90 business days after being notified that they have won.- The winner must present valid photographic ID showing they are aged 18 or over before the prize is provided.- The Promoters reserve the right to refuse the prize if the winner cannot provide valid ID or otherwise fails to meet the eligibility requirements.- The Promoters reserve the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner if these redemption criteria are not met.
9. General- The Promoters reserve the right to verify all entries and disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions or submits incomplete, misleading, or fraudulent information.- The Promoters reserve the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the competition where necessary due to circumstances outside their reasonable control.- By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.  - This competition is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
