Tuesday, January 17, 2017     Results
Zeeland kicked off the OK Green dual meet season with a win over Hamilton. The boys stepped up to several new challenges, and found themselves racing in uncomfortable scenarios. Despite the adversity, several stood out. Justin Meyer had a great race in the 200 free, Evan Potter raced hard to accomplish his goal in the 500 free, and Ben Thomas won a well fought 100 fly. Also performing well in the 100 fly was Jacob Pollack, posting a personal best time.

Zeeland played host to the very fast New Years Invite on Tuesday. The meet was a test of how well the boys could push through Christmas Break fatigue, while honoring those among us who have battled cancer throughout their lives. With that in mind, we were very proud of the work put forth, and how the boys carried themselves for Zeeland.

Highlights in the pool were Connor Robertson securing two individual state cuts (200 IM/100 Breast), Jonathan Kollen (200 Free/100 Free), Austin Mills (100 Free), Ethan Wolters (100 Breast) and Christopher Honsberger (200 Free Relay).

Next up is a return to dual meet season, when the boys host Hudsonville on Tuesday, January 3.
