Sample Meals

  • Breakfast: Glass of milk, cereal or oatmeal, piece of fruit or yogurt.  Drink 1-2 bottles of water in class.
  • Mid-Morning Snack: Dried or regular fruit and almonds.  Continue drinking water.
  • Lunch: Two pieces of grilled chicken, salad, fruit cup, cottage cheese or yogurt.  Continue drinking water.
  • Afternoon Snack: Granola bar and water.
  • Dinner: Salad, spaghetti, fish, fruit, pudding for desert.  Drink chocolate milk.
  • Late Night Snack: Dried fruit and reduced fat string cheese.  Continue to drink water.
