My computer broke down on Thursday. Out of the blue, it just wouldn't boot up. I called HP and told them my problem, they wanted 60$ just to talk to me plus 30$ for repair disks and eventually told me I needed to send in my computer for a new harddrive, at a cost of a few hundred dollars, ON TOP of the 60$ customer service charge and repair disks.I thought I might as well shelve this computer for a few months until I could save up that kind of money. Instead, I shopped around for a repair guy and found Peter. Not only did he tell me it wasn't the harddrive (a costly repair), he saved the most important files on my computer, he even added extra protection to my machine to prevent the problem from reoccurring. Not only did he do an awesome job, he got my computer back to me super quick.And the cherry on the sundae, he charged me less than any other repair man I looked into and provided outstanding service. You guys don't need to shop around, you found the right guy already if you are on this page.
