Mathematical Virology 2014

18th-22nd August 2014

The Mathematical Virology workshop provides a forum for the interdisciplinary community of modellers and experimentalists working in virology to discuss recent developments in the field and new avenues for collaborative research. There will be sessions dedicated to virus structure, virus assembly and maturation, viral evolution and applications in nanotechnology and drug design. In our evening programme, you will be able to “walk into a virus” in our 3Sixty presentation suite, and there will be an exhibition on art and design inspired by virus structure by Dr Briony Thomas of the Leeds School of Design and a poster competition for students and postdocs.

It is the 10th anniversary of a workshop series that started in Oxford in 2004.
