Thank you for stumbling upon my humble virtual abode.

I am an Associate Lecturer at the University of York (United Kingdom) specialising in International Economics, Monetary Economics, Macroeconomics, and Applied Econometrics.

My research addresses a number of questions:
(i)   why are import prices more elastic to local currency depreciations than appreciations?
(ii)  what drives the terms of trade neutrality to exchange rates?
(iii) how important are the counter-cyclical price mark-up adjustments when quantifying the conditional welfare gains from trade?

You are very welcome to contact me:

(iii) by post: Department of Economics and Related Studies, Heslington, York, YO10 5DD, United Kingdom.
