The intent of this workshop is to provide an overview of fundamental backbending techniques. Our focus will be on exploring the
interactions between the legs, pelvis, spine and shoulders when bending backward. We will begin the workshop with a warm-up and
then proceed though a series of postures and exercises designed to increase your backbend related mobility and strength.
There will be time reserved at the end of the workshop for discussion.
Our goal is for you to leave the workshop with tools and ideas that you can immediately explore during your own practice.
Please come with an empty stomach and be prepared for periods of hard work. Workshop will be conducted in English.
