Congratulations to Jennifer Pardue for being our 2019-2020 EC Teacher of Excellence!!

This is my 16th year as a Speech-Language Pathologist, and 15th year with Yadkin County Schools. I received my undergraduate and advanced master’s degrees at Appalachian State University in the area of Communication Disorders. I knew that I wanted to help people, but I thought that I was going to become a nurse. I have always had a passion for working with children and then I decided that I wanted to work in a specialized therapy field in a small group setting. I enjoy collaborating with teachers to best meet the needs of all of my students. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, reading, and being outdoors.
