INS Llançà

nstitut de Llançà, located in the seaside town of Llançà, was founded in 1996 and it provides the ESO and Batxillerat education for the students from Llançà and the nearby villages of Portbou Colera, Port de la Selva, Selva de Mar, Garriguella and Vilajuïga.

Today, Institut de Llançà has three lines in ESO and one line in Batxillerat, gathering around 350 students and 36 teachers.  It also offers the Batxibac Programme (leading to the double qualification of Catalan Batxillerat and French Baccalauréat) and the Vocational Studies (CFGM) in Olive Oil and Wine.

Over the years, Institut de Llançà has built an education model based on a comprehensive and varied project that caters for diversity, developing differentiated instruction programmes to meet the needs of all students and promoting education in values such as solidarity, dialogue and social harmony.
