The Child & Home Support Division covers the following programs within the Department of Family Services:
Child Support Enforcement, which establishes paternity, establishes child support orders, enforces those orders using state and federally authorized enforcement tools, modifies child support orders and receives and disburses child support payments;
Homeless Services, which is responsible for developing and implementing the ten-year plan to reduce homelessness called "Wyoming's Road Home," oversees the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS), and manages the Emergency Solutions Grant (ESG);
Low Income Energy Assistance (LIEAP), which provides financial assistance for low-income citizens who need help paying their energy bills; and
Weatherization, which provides home weatherization to low-income individuals and families needing home improvements to reduce energy costs.
