Wyoming Reinvestment and Recovery

The American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), also known as the national economic stimulus bill, had a significant impact on Wyoming.

Among the many infrastructure projects that benefited from these funds are highway projects, water infrastructure projects and efforts to improve energy efficiency.

Beginning in February 2009, we assembled a team of representatives from state agencies that would be affected by the ARRA and asked them to begin analysis of this very complex federal bill.

The information you find on this website is the result of the team’s concerted effort to analyze the bill, to understand how much funding was available to Wyoming and to document the ways in which this funding would be delivered to the state.
December 2013 was the last quarter required to report to the federal government was required while Wyoming required reporting through January 2014. These reports are provided in the Monthly Financial Reports.
