Welcome to the Wyoming State Procurement web site. This site was created to provide easy access to a variety of information of interest to potential vendors as well as state agencies and other political entities.

On January 26, 2018, Governor Mead signed Executive Order 2018-2 which promotes State technology opportunities for Wyoming technology businesses.  The State Procurement Office is pleased to assist businesses with the registration process for both Public Purchase (the online bidding site) and efforts to obtain a resident certification number. Individual links are provided for easy access to the signed Executive Order; ENDOW Homepage; Public Purchase; Wyoming Department of Workforce Service; Residency Certification List; and those that will assist with Public Purchase registration and submission process.  Thank you for your interest in providing services to the State of Wyoming.

The Procurement Section oversees the acquisition of quality goods and services for state agencies, with the primary objective of maximizing the value of public funds. This process is conducted in a manner that ensures open competition and  provides equal opportunities for vendors.

Inquiries regarding obtaining a residency certification number should be directed to the Department of Workforce Services, Labor Standards Office at (307) 777-7261.

The State of Wyoming, Department of Administration and Information, General Services Division, Procurement Section is pleased to announce that it has moved to an online bid system for both distribution and receipt.  All vendors must complete the registration process.  Please click here to register.  You may want to use the "Guide for Vendors to Register with Public Purchase" under "Online Bid Information" to the left to assist you.  It may take up to 24 hours for a new account to become active.
