The Wyoming Department of Administration and Information invites all our clients and constituents to visit the agency’s new website.

The new site brings all of the Department’s electronic forms and applications much closer to you, making it easier and more convenient to do everything from reserving a car through the motor pool to changing options on your Employees Group Health Insurance plan or finding your way through the Department's other centralized services.

Public users can now directly access state job listings, track bids for state services or supplies or access information on state budgets much easier.

Parking around the Emerson Building

posted Apr 25, 2018, 3:32 PM by Tony Lewis

A&I's General Services Division announced that following talks with the City and the Cheyenne Police Department, the parking limit signs immediately surrounding the Emerson Building at 2001 Capitol Avenue have been removed. Employees are free to resume parking in these non-posted areas as they did before February 1

This result followed consideration of earlier agreements and recognition of very limited parking alternatives in the immediate area. We appreciate the City working with us in this regard.

As a reminder, always pay attention to the posted parking signs, since nearly all of Capitol Avenue still has a 2 hour parking limit.  Parking spaces are also still available as shown on this map

Extended Passenger and Cargo Vans Now Available through the Motor Pool

posted Apr 23, 2018, 9:02 AM by Tony Lewis   [ updated Apr 23, 2018, 1:28 PM ]

In a continuing effort to allocate existing resources as efficiently as possible, the state motor pool recently traded for a passenger and a cargo van that are now available for lease by state agencies.

The motor pool’s new Ford transit vans both have taller roof heights, making them more versatile for transporting large groups or cargoes. The capacity on the passenger van is 12 passengers. Roof heights on both vans are over six feet, making them more comfortable and useful for long drives.

Reservations for the vans can be made online through the motor pool’s electronic reservation system.  Instructions for the system are available by clicking here.
