Purpose of Training:

  • To spend a year studying balanced assessment in the context of a professional learning community

 

Team Norms

Ø  Be respectful.

Ø  Listen when others speak.

Ø  Be open to new ideas and change.

Ø  Present statements in a positive connotation.

Ø  If you pose a problem, offer a solution for discussion.

Ø  Share ideas and best practices.

Ø  Come to group sessions prepared; complete the work.

Ø  Value and respect the clock.

Ø  Participate as an active group member.
