1. Maple Sugaring Project

South Royalton community volunteers helped us achieve our goal:  a new sugar shack for instructional use, starting March 2016.  A few items are still needed to fully complete the project:  
·        collection buckets and taps,
·        fire resistant/thermal gloves;
·        hydrometers;
·        slab wood for burning--next year;
·        electrical work;
·        door construction & mounting;
·        future:  maples to plant
·        If funds remain, an adjacent outdoor stone pizza oven is desired.
