WRHS Policy on Home Assignments
Wachusett Regional High School believes that home assignments reinforce and supplement classroom learning. Home assignments are given regularly and as warranted given the content of an individual course at any given time. This may vary from class to class throughout the school year. Assignments will take on a variety of configurations and should be reasonable, purposeful, interesting, and challenging while also including remediation, reinforcement, and/or enrichment. Any questions regarding a homework assignment or the homework policy of an individual teacher should be brought to the attention of that teacher, and if questions or concerns continue to persist, the curriculum leader of that particular department should be contacted.
