Please drop off students between 8:20-8:40am. Adults will be visible at the doors during this time to let students in the building. We kindly ask parents to refrain from dropping off students before 8:20am.
Six-Day ScheduleWakefield Public Schools operate on a six-day rotation of special classes, such as library, technology, physical education and art. To ensure your child is appropriately prepared each day, please be familiar with this rotation. (Your child’s teacher will inform you how their classroom's “specials” map to this six-day cycle.)
You can find the six-day rotation superscripted next to each date within this revised School Year Calendar Flier (the yellow version your child brought home on the first day of school is now outdated). You can also purchase a Wakefield Educational Foundation calendar which more clearly highlights this and other school-related information. Every dollar earned from WEF calendar sales funds grants to the Wakefield Public Schools System!
A Friendly Reminder: We kindly ask neighbors and parents not to walk dogs on school property. Thank you for respecting this request.
