PARCC Dates: 3rd & 4th Grade Parents:

We kindly remind all families to mark the dates below and avoid taking students out of school for vacations, doctor appointments, etc… during these important testing windows for PARCC.  Students perform better when they participate in the state assessments with their classmates and the assessment is administered by their classroom teachers versus an unfamiliar test administrator during make-up sessions.  Third and fourth graders will be tested on the same days this year.

Early Dismissal Procedures

All parents/guardians who pickup a child early from school will be asked to show ID.  While Mrs. Sacco and the office staff know many parents, we ask for everyone’s cooperation with this practice for consistency.  We understand that checking IDs does add a minute to the dismissal process and we thank you in advance for your ongoing partnership as we take proactive steps to continue to ensure all children’s safety.

Scholastic Book Clubs

The Scholastic Online Book Club is a great way to to buy great, low cost books for your family while giving bonus points to your teacher and the media center. The more you order, the more you give to the school. The books come to the Media Center and get distributed to your child's classroom. Orders are placed twice a month, once around the first and again around the 15th.
