I have created this website to display all information we have found so far. Each member researching about Private Gibson aim to provide information as
accurately as possible. However, this site may contain small minor mistakes and minor oversights from the information we are given. Should there still be any
errors around the site, whether it is text or images, please don't hesitate to contact me for corrections.

You can reach me by emailing my teacher at broodnick@wpga.ca.
All changes should reflect within 24 hours prior to receiving your response and we will make sure we add your name to the credits list.

From all of us at WPGA, we thank you for your input.

Above is the medal found by Ms. Carolyn Thompson at an auction in Victoria.   After a bit of research, we have concluded this medal belongs to Private Andrew Gibson, who was killed in the line of duty during in World War I.   He seems to have been forgotten and we would like to  honour his memory by locating his relatives, so we can return his medal.
