  • Back-to- School Backpack Drive

 Meeting Information:

  • Meetings start promptly at 6.30 and end at 7.30
  • Meetings are held 6 times a year
  • Meeting commitment? – Only 6 hours a Year

 What Does CUBS Do?

  • Provide fun activities for the youth in Woodbine. (Carnival, spirit tattoos, Red Ribbon Week awards)
  • Organize Original Works artwork for parent review and purchase – back in time for the holidays!
  • Support the school through field trip donations. 
  • Collect Box Tops and Soup Labels.
  • Continue working towards the purchase of Playground Equipment and Funds projects through the School that CUBS chooses.
  • Provide Healthy Snacks during Parent/ Teacher Conferences.
  • Provide 2 $500 Scholarship (1 to a Teacher and 1 to a Student)
  • Supply staff holiday gifts.
  • Provide funds for the Box Top and Reading Counts parties.
  • Provides Pencils and Erasers for student during ITEDS.
  • Recognize teachers during Teacher’s Appreciation Week.
  • Rent out the bounce house and carnival games to people in the community for their own parties.

       The reality is a community can’t survive without its school.  We want to do what we can to make Woodbine           Community School a positive place to be for teachers and students alike.
