Physical Education I
- Required course - PE I concentrates on 4 units that deal with being Fit for Life as well as team and individual activities. Students will demonstrate proficiency in various skills presented in class.Students will work to identify problems with incorrect form and give solutions to better technique. 

Physical Education II - Required course - PE II is a fitness class where students will use information from PE I and put it into practice. Fitness classes will focus on Nutrition, muscular fitness, and cardiovascular fitness. Students will demonstrate proficiency in the core lifts - Squat, Bench, Deadlift, strict Press and Power Clean. Students will work to identify problems with incorrect form and give solutions to better technique. Students will respond to failures and success by reflecting on personal health habits. Students will be participating and learning techniques that can be used for post-secondary life and success. 
Prerequisite: Successful completion of PE I

Racket and Team sportsThis course will allow students to demonstrate basic skills, strategies, and rules in different types of activities. Students will pursue experiences of interest through exercise. Students will be participating and learning techniques that can be used for post-secondary life and success. 
Prerequisite: Successful completion of PE I

Personal Fitness - This class will emphasize the importance of wellness and seek to develop more effective ways to meet that goal through nutrition and exercise. Students will pursue experiences of interest through exercise. Students will be participating and learning techniques that can be used for post-secondary life and success. Students will respond to failures and success by reflecting on personal health habits. This course is for the student who is serious about personal fitness. 
Prerequisite: Successful completion of PE I, and PE II 

Warrior Fitness - This class will incorporate CrossFit like exercises using the H.I.T. (High Intensity Training) principle. Students will learn proper form for weight lifting exercises as well as body weight exercises. Designed workouts will, along with a proper nutrition, trim excess body fat, build lean muscle and condition the cardiovascular system to help students get into better physical shape. Students will respond to failures and success by reflecting on personal health habits.This course will also help build mental toughness and perseverance. This course is for any physical ability as exercises can be modified to fit the individual. This class is not for the mediocre, the excuser, If you want to be stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally this class is for you.
Prerequisite: Successful completion of PE I, and PE II
