Digital designers change the way people see and interact with the world - in this course students will learn today's design principles, graphic design and creative computer skills that are a must in the 21st century. Students will be exposed to digital SLR cameras, studio lighting and professional software applications such as Adobe Photoshop an industry standard in the design field. Topics covered will include digital illustration, photographic imaging, print and web design, and 3D packaging. This class will provide students with the groundwork for success in the new arts industry with a solid artistic and technical foundation. An essential class for the future of art, communications, or marketing student.
