Leadership TEC develops leaders at all levels using scientific methods of measurement therefore focusing on what the individual needs rather than a generality. The ideal participant for TEC services:
- (Training) would be that organization that does not have an orientation program or has a higher than normal turnover rate or complaints. Participants learn how to better understand each other and work as an integral part of the organization.
- (Educating) would be the individual that is trying to excel and make themselves noticed within their organization for promotion purposes. They will learn how to apply the correct leadership style based on an individual’s willingness and ability.
- (Consulting) would be the individual that is ready to take their leadership to the next level. Learning how to lead to an individual’s expectation and thus increasing employee efficiency and productivity.
