Free Wisconsin Materials
Wisconsin materials not only share the "Learn the Signs. Act Early." campaign message, they provide branding, contact, and resource information that is specific to our state. Act Early Wisconsin materials were developed with various partners--including the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); the Wisconsin Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs Program, Department of Health Services; the Waisman Center; and the Wisconsin Birth to 3 Program.
You can access these materials on this site in the Wisconsin Materials File Cabinet. If you have questions or are seeking materials related to the Act Early Wisconsin campaign, please contact Wisconsin's Act Early Ambassador, Gail Chodron.
The CDC offers a nice selection of print brochures, flyers, milestones checklists, and growth charts to help families track their child's developmental milestones. Other materials, such as a resource CD for early childhood educators, are available to help providers support families. Most materials can be ordered for free as well as downloaded, and are available in multiple languages. Please access these free materials on the CDC website.
If you are interested in helping support this campaign, be certain to check out the CDC's print, radio and television Public Service Announcements, as well as their widgets, buttons, interactive milestones quiz, and other tools for use on the internet. It's very easy to connect your organization's website to the campaign!
