What is a Student Success Plan?

A Student Success Plan (SSP) is a collection of programs and services that address the academic, career, social/emotional and physical development of students in grades 6-12.  This plan is developed to address every student's needs and interests, and it helps students recognize, understand, and achieve post-secondary educational and career goals. 
 
Who is involved in the Student Success Plan?
All stakeholders, including students, parents/guardians, faculty and staff, administrators, and members of the community.
