Wilson Central High School students and staff collected "Spare Change for a Change" in December to benefit Gatlinburg Pittman High School and Pigeon Forge High School, who were affected by the wildfires.  The students and staff of WCHS donated $15,166.03.  Below is Pigeon Forge's letter of thanks!

Way to Go Wilson Central!!!

Way To Go Mr. Mayfield

He's been on the job for less than 2 years, but Wilson Central H.S. Principal, Travis Mayfield, is kicking butt and taking names!

Over the weekend, Mayfield was named Administrator of the Year by the Tennessee Association of Student Council Administrators.  No sooner had the celebration ended, before the Tennessee Music Education Association ALSO named Mayfield as their "Outstanding Administrator for 2017".  Way to Go Mr. Mayfield!
