School Resource Officer


Deputy Jarrod Buhler 

 

    Deputy Buhler serves as W.A. Wright’s School Resource Officer. He is a native of Wilson County and attended Tuckers Crossroads Elementary from kindergarten through eighth grade. Deputy Buhler is a graduate of Lebanon High School and was honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps in 2008. He began his law enforcement career as a corrections officer for the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office before becoming a patrolman for the Mt. Juliet Police Department. He also served on the Special Response Team (SRT) during his time in Mt. Juliet. Deputy Buhler has been married to his wife, Kristie, for over 10 years. They have two children, Brayson and Bronx.




Learning About Law Enforcement

      Making new friends! Deputy Jarrod Buhler hangs out with The Learning Center class at W.A. Wright Elementary. He talked to the students about police work, showed them the police car and answered their questions. What a great way for students to get to know about law enforcement!
