  • Freshman election Banners need to be taken down.


  •  Soccer plays home against Wilson Central. 6:00. Please support your Blue Devils against our biggest rival.
 
  • Lebanon High School Chefs competed yesterday in the Annual All Stirred Up Soup Competition against Wilson Central.                   Corbin Hagman won 1st place making a fresh corn chowder with a jalapeño cream.


  • Theatre Club- The Theatre club, Blue Devil Players, will be having their first meeting after school this Thursday, 8/24 @ 2:30 in the auditorium.
  • The Environmental Club is holding its first meeting this afternoon, 2:30, in Ms. Yarick’s room, C-104. We will not be long, but discuss ideas, electing officers, choosing/planning our first project. We are looking forward to seeing you all there!

Senior Parent Night will be August 22nd at 6pm in the Auditorium.  This is for seniors and their parents.  We will cover things such as TN Promise, Scholars, and Hope.  We will also talk about college applications.

100 Year shirts are $15

 Homecoming shirts are also on sale.

CTE Cafe will be open this Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday morning.

 

There is a Skills USA meeting in the CTE Cafe at 2:30 after school.

 

College fair forms are available in the guidance office. They are due back by Tuesday, August 22.

France and Spain meeting at 6:30 in B306.

 

Game tickets $5 at the bank during lunch.

 

100 Year shirts on sale for $15.

 

Homecoming shirts on sale in bank during lunch.

 

The first FBLA meeting of the year will be on Wednesday, August 16th, after school in the bank.

 

Any student parking should have a parking pass.

 

The first Chapter FFA meeting will be Wednesday, August 16th from 2:30-4:00 in the Ag. department. Any student enrolled in agriculture in Fall or Spring is invited to attend.

 

Girls Soccer opens up the season tonight at 6:00 at home against Cookeville. Students get free admission with student ID.

On Tuesday, at 6:30, there will be a meeting in B306 for those interested in going to France and Spain this summer. Parents are asked to be there to gain information about the trip. We will meet in B306.

  • If any junior was not in the junior meeting yesterday, please see Ms. Peterson in room B203 for important information about your upcoming senior year.
  • Congratulations to the track team who had 2 state championship qualifiers yesterday. Ashley Grimes will compete at state in the 300 Hurdles, and  Irvaughn Dewberry qualified in high jump. Also, congratulations to Jason Kintzler for breaking the high hurdles school record. 

Anyone interested in cross country needs to see Coach Ford at some point today.

The track and boys soccer banquet is tomorrow night at 6 PM in the cafeteria.

  • I'm pleased to announce the results of the Junior class president election yesterday, Julia Stranahan will be your president next year!
  • There will be a student council meeting tomorrow afternoon in the library.

  • If you are a current sophomore, the new vote for president will take place today. Check social media and the school webpage for the link to vote. To vote, you must use your county google email.
  • Congratulations to Giovanni Santos and Kaleb Jasper on becoming the region 5AAA doubles runner-up yesterday at Drakes Creek park. They defeated Clarksville in the semi-finals. Congrats on a great playoff run.
  • If you didn't pick up your yearbook yesterday or want to purchase one, see Ms. Peterson in room B203.
  • The theater 3/4 showcase is this Friday night at 6 PM in the auditorium. Tickets are $3, and students get in free with a student ID. Please come out and support these outstanding students.
  • The dance showcase is tonight in the auditorium at 6:30. Tickets are $3, and students get in free with a student ID. Come out and support these students!
