RETURNING STUDENT online registration for the 2017-18 school year  will begin July 7 and end July 19.  During these dates parents with children currently enrolled in a Wilson County School will need to go to their Skyward Family Access account and update their information as well as complete any new forms on the update. During the online registration, parents can scan their 2 current proofs of residence (dated within the last 30 days).  If you are not able to scan your documents you will need to come to the school between July 6 and July 19, 2017 and provide the 2 proofs of residence.

If your student has been rezoned from Elzie Patton Elem. to Stoner Creek Elem. they are considered a RETURNING STUDENT.  Please follow the instructions above for Skyward and take 2 current proofs of residence to Stoner Creek Elem. between July 6 and July 19.  If you have questions you can reach SCE at (615) 754- 6300.

NEW STUDENT online registration for the 2017-18 school year will begin July 17 and end July 19. You are required to put in an application on Skyward by going to and clicking on “Parent” and then “New Student Online Enrollment”.  Please fill out all of the steps and be sure to submit. You must have an email address to do this.

To complete the Registration process the student’s parent/guardian will need to bring the following items to EPE

Student’s Certified Birth Certificate (Mother’s Copy is not acceptable)

TN shot record with physical

Social Security card is requested

2 (two) proofs of residence (must have parent name & address on them)

Custody papers if applicable (must be signed by a Judge)


Examples of proof of residence are:

§  Driver license

§  Utility bills (electric, water, gas, landline phone, etc.) dated within the last 30 days. Cell phone bills are not accepted.

§  Mortgage or lease

§  Car registration

§  Voter registration card

§  Documentation from TN DHS/DCS benefits

§  Current employment paystub dated within last 30 days

Parents or guardians who use a fraudulent address for enrollment may be subject to restitution to the school district or other costs or fees under Tennessee Law (TCA § 49-6-3003).

Note: If your child is entering Kindergarten they must be 5 years old by August 15, 2017 to enroll in Kindergarten this school year.
